Alcohol production innovations

   In 2009 “Kokshetauminwody” supported the reconstruction of the distilling plant of “Biokorm” ltd. The companies’ chief took the decision to produce only malt spirit basing on the centuries-old technology, brought to perfection by distillers. They absolutely refused to use synthetic enzymes.
   The renewed distilling plant of Akmolinskaya oblast is a generation of totally automated control over technological processes. This helps to increase equipment performance reliability and as a result the quality of final product.
   The production and clarification are performed on 7 alcohol columns, as distinct from traditional 3 or 4.
   Alcohol quality control was considerably changed. The technical control laboratory is equipped with the most advanced gas chromatograph, which delicacy helps to discover the finest chemical impurity.
   The alcohol quality of “Biokorm” ltd was highly praised by the Russian Research Studies Institute of Food biotechnologies. Also it was marked by a gold medal of “Best vodka of the year” international competition in 2010.

 Water production innovations

   “Turan” biogenic natural drinking water is an inimitable innovation in Kazakhstan since 1998.
   Any water has memory. Water changes its structure for a long time, remembering human interventions. Then it passes that information to a human organism, which causes different diseases.
   The specialness of “Turan” biogenic natural drinking water is that the origin natural water structure was restored in it under the influence of monochromatic red polarized light of helium-neon source. The red light has the life information in its memory. It structures water memory decreasing its negative effects and gives it physiologically useful properties, which are necessary for normal life-sustaining activity.
